Spent the week working on the beginning polar bear art. I purchased a bunch of assets on itch.io in a bundle and one of those asset packs included a bunch of animated chibi sprites.
Here’s an example:

I can’t use any of them as is, they don’t fit the theme of the game, but they are really well made, and the vector files are perfect for making sprites I can use as templates, and the animation sheets show how to layout each frame for excellent animations. I still have a lot of work to do but I have made quite a bit of progress in one week, that I would not have been able to do without the templates. Additionally I got the Work Space and Git app on the ipad working, and can now sink the art work on the ipad directly up to the github. Making it even easier to import the new art files into Godot on the pc.
Lots of good progress on the project this week.
