We accept returns up to 30 days from purchase for brand new unopened items for any reason. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. We will only refund the cost of the item. If shipping was included in the purchase of the item then we will deduct the cost of shipping (from the original label) from the original purchase price and refund the difference. (We have one exemption to this policy.)
Exemption: Items purchased during a holiday rush will incur a restocking fee if they are returned. We are a small business with limited stock, and to keep our costs low we can not have customers purchasing items to hold “just in case”, and then return the items after the holidays. The restocking fee is 50% of the items price.
We will accept returns for damaged items (for brand new unopened items), and we will ship you a replacement if available. If no replacement is available we will offer you your choice of equivalent replacements, or a refund. Return shipping depends on the item please contact us for details. We will need a photo of the damaged product and the packaging. The photo is to help us improve our packaging and to process an insurance claim.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on second hand, used, or recycled items. These items are purchased as-is and are final.
